Our services

Murdock & Co Solicitors provides legal advice and representation to individuals and businesses. The specific services we will provide, and the terms on which we will provide them, will be set out in our client care letter and accompanying terms of business, which we send to all new clients before commencing work.

Fees and costs

Our fees are set out in our client care letter. We offer fixed fees where possible. Where a matter is charged on a time basis, we will give you a realistic estimate at the outset and keep you updated if circumstances change. We will not incur significant costs without your agreement.

Complaints

We are committed to providing a high quality service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us in the first instance. We have a formal complaints procedure and will respond to all complaints within eight weeks. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to complain to the Legal Ombudsman.
